Basic electric fence package for keeping wild animals away. The package includes a 4.5-joule electric fence unit, 1,500 m of wire, ring insulators, a gate handle, and gate insulators. The package does not include
a power source for the electric fence unit. This can be solved in two ways:
a) With a 230/12 V AC adapter, if a 230 V AC power source is available nearby.
b) A 12 V car battery—which can be automatically charged using a solar panel and charge controller system.
A grounding rod (at least 1 m long, galvanized or copper).
Wooden or plastic posts and stakes needed to build the fence.
